Biography
Matthew P. Martin practices civil litigation with a focus on landlords’ rights, real estate, construction law, community associations, and small business formation and litigation. He earned his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Illinois at Springfield and his law degree from Saint Louis University. Prior to receiving his law license, Mr. Martin worked for two years as a law clerk for Randall Reinker.
While in law school, Mr. Martin competed on Saint Louis University’s National Trial Advocacy competition team and in the International Trademark Association’s Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition. He also participated in Moot Court, was selected as a member of Moot Court Board, and received the Academic Excellence Award for achieving the highest grade in Intellectual Property.
