Molly E. Dougherty practices in the area of Civil Litigation with a primary focus on Landlord-Tenant Law, Real Estate Law, Creditor’s Rights and Community Association Law. She received her bachelor’s degree in public administration from Miami University of Ohio and her law degree from Saint Louis University. While in law school, she participated in the Civil Litigation Clinic and worked as a law clerk for Randall Reinker.
Ms. Dougherty is admitted to practice before the Missouri State Courts and Federal District Court of the Eastern District of Missouri. She is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the Women Lawyers’ Association of Greater St. Louis. She practices in St. Louis County and St. Louis City as well as Jefferson and St. Charles Counties. Ms. Dougherty is active in her local community and neighborhood. She sits on the Board of Commissioners for the Soulard Special Business District and is a member of the St. Louis Alumnae Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority.
